(1) If a person wishes to withdraw the amount of compulsory savings, he shall submit an application to the office with proof thereof within one year from the date of commencement of this section.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the office shall carry out the necessary investigation and return the savings amount to the applicant after obtaining clearance from the Government of Nepal in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) If the application is not received within the deadline as per sub-section (1), the office shall file the amount collected as compulsory savings in accordance with this Act in the revenue account.
